Watercolor for casting and creating various designs.
Usage:
Apply clear watercolor on any dried gel polish color.
Add the desired colors of gel polish to the undried watercolor and draw the desired designs with the help of a brush.
Dry the drawn design in a lamp.
Cover with the top Charme Gel No Wipe Top.
